Non-Assertive.

Non-assertive people, behave in ways that show respect to others but not to themselves.

By not standing up for themselves, or for what they believe in, they allow others to treat them disrespectfully.

How do they act?

Seldom makes eye contact

Often has poor slouchy posture

Speaks in a quiet, unsure voice

Waits for others to make decisions

Lacks in confidence (has low self-esteem)

Does not share their point of view

Tries to please everyone

Avoids arguments
